Please check your spam folder – sometimes confirmations end up there. If you still can’t find it, send an email to Help@evallicday.com, and we’ll help you figure out what happened.

I need to make changes to my registration?
If you need to update your registration, please email Help@evallicday.com. We’ll help you quickly update your information. Please avoid registering multiple times.

I’m unfortunately unable to attend?
We understand that plans can change. Send an email to Help@evallicday.com, and we’ll cancel your registration.

For Evallic Day, accommodation is available at Hotel Bella Grande, Vester Voldgade 25, 1552 Copenhagen.
In the registration form, please indicate whether you would like a hotel stay from April 28 to April 29.

If you need to extend your stay either before or after Evallic Day, please contact Help@evallicday.com, and we will be delightet to help you. 

From Bristol:

We recommended flight, departure from Bristol at 14:00 → Arrival at Copenhagen Airport at 17:00
We provide bus transfer from the airport to Hotel Bella Grande. Look for our staff in the arrivals hall holding an “EVALLIC DAY” sign.

From Sweden:

We recommended flight, departure from Stockholm at 15:05 → Arrival at Copenhagen Airport at 16:20
We provide bus transfer from the airport to Hotel Bella Grande. Look for our staff in the arrivals hall holding an “EVALLIC DAY” sign.

For other flight connections:

If you arrive with other flights, please arrange your own transport from the airport to Copenhagen.

Public transport from Copenhagen Airport to the hotel:
- Take Metro M2 toward Vanløse from Copenhagen Airport to Kongens Nytorv Station.
- Change to Metro M3 via Copenhagen Central Station and take the metro to Rådhuspladsen.

As Evallic Day takes place in central Copenhagen, we recommend using public transport to get here.

Public transport: 

The nearest train station is Copenhagen Central Station (Københavns Hovedbanegård).

The nearest metro station is Rådhuspladsen.
